our roots

We are an Organic pasta company based in Mylor in Cornwall.

Only the finest Organic Flour and unique Organic Cornish ingredients make it into our pastas.

Our Regenerative & Organic flour comes from our trusted millers in the South West.

CornwallPastaCo was born from the vision of Chef Nicholas Egan, who began cooking in professional kitchens at 13yrs old.

This year marks his 27th year in Catering, hospitality and the food sector.

His dream was to create the first Organic British Pasta company using the absolute very best British produce.

In February 2020 CornwallPastaCo became a reality and started to produce Organic pastas utilising and experimenting with Organic, Cornish ingredients.

We are proud to say our packaging has been plastic free from the beginning, Regenarative & Organic.

The forward thinking ethos Nick and the team adopted from day one, means our packaging has always been home compostable.

Our environment has always played a huge part in our decision making here on the farm.

We are honoured to be part of the Organic Soil Association, The Guild Of Fine Foods & SALSA.
